C&C Operations was started by Cassidy Powell and Carrie Smith.
Together, we bring more than 25 years of experience building the operational backbone of growing companies: processes, systems, compliance, and the people structure that holds them together.
We started C&C because small agencies face these same challenges, and most do not have someone whose job is to make the work run better.

Cassidy Powell
Operations / Process Design
Cassidy builds the operating frameworks that let growing companies run consistently. She has worked with 10+ organizations on process design, reporting, and internal controls, partnering with finance, vendors, and leadership to turn ad hoc work into documented systems. She writes the SOPs, redesigns the workflows, and sets up the reporting leaders use to make decisions. She has also led compliance and audit-readiness programs.

Carrie Smith
Operations / Systems
Carrie has more than 15 years of experience turning chaotic, fast-growing environments into structured ones. She is currently the Director of Operations at a remote-first company, where she builds scalable workflows, manages the software stack, and runs cross-functional initiatives with the executive team. She audits and consolidates tools and vendors to cut overhead and automates manual processes. Earlier, she spent over a decade running operations-heavy functions across insurance, automotive retail, and healthcare services, and cut costs by tens of thousands of dollars through program restructuring.
Focus areas: process and workflow design, systems and tool audits, vendor management, process automation.
